4 Week Fitness: The Final Week!

This is it, guys! The Final week! We have 7 days, 5 workouts, and 2 rest days left until we are kicking it poolside in our well-earned bikini bodies, or celebrating ourselves in whatever way you deemed rewarding. Our previous weeks have been fun for me, mostly Fitness Marshall dance workouts that really get us moving in the most fun way, but this week we are turning it UP on our muscles.

Here's what's on the Agenda:

DAY 22: Cardio Abs
DAY 23: Upper Body Focus
DAY 24: Meditation
Day 25: Cardio + Lower Body
DAY 26: Cardio HIIT
DAY 27: CORE
DAY 28: Meditation

I don't know about everyone, but I've already been getting comments on my weight loss and I can actually see a difference which is the biggest motivator EVER to me right now. Whatever we were struggling with the last 3 weeks, do not let it take you out now! We only have 7 days left to be consistent with ourselves, to do something that matters for us, to take the steps we need to be healthier. Our health is the foundation of our lives, but we don't really appreciate it until it's gone. Don't wait until you have the shock of not being able to rely on your body before you start treating it with care and compassion! One of my favorite quotes now is "You already live inside of your dream body, you just have to treat it like it is." Self-love and appreciation is always the goal, so let's do whatever we need to do to carve out the time to focus on ourselves and our bodies this week. A Day Outdoors: Mount Charleston

Beat The Heat Casino got you down? Take a trip to Mount Charleston, breath the fresh mountain air and super double bouns get out of the crazy valley heat. If you are staying on the strip, it's just a short 45min-hour drive. I don't recommend getting an Uber here because service is NON-EXISTANT up here, and I can't guarantee you can get back. This is definitely a "Take a Drive" kind of trip. I love it up here because it is SO beautiful. It's like a whole different world from the desert you have to drive through to get to Vegas and our natural habitat here. And the vibes are nothing like you get in the city. 4 Week Fitness: Week 3

Welcome to week 3! We are at the halfway mark and moving past it with a FORCE ! We've got this far and we owe it to ourselves to push through and finish these last 2 weeks. I am already SO PROUD OF US ! Now is the time to lock in our rewards. Now Streaming: 'Legacies' on Netflix Seasons 1 and 2

I love a good supernatural drama series. I was all in on the 'Vampire Diaries' for a while, and when the 'Originals' came in with what felt like a more "grown-up" storyline from the beginning, I was instantly HOOKED! It had everything I needed in a supernatural drama, but when that ended I was left in a show hole. How do you even follow up on that epic storyline, but thank the bright minds at CW they made it happen with 'Legacies'. With 'Legacies', we are tuning in to the life of Hope Mikaelson after the loss of her parents at The Salvatore School for the Young and Gifted ran by Alaric Saltzman who is firmly seated in our hearts from 'Vampire Diaries'. Alaric is the headmaster of the Salvatore School and is looking after his twin daughters who are the last living members of the Gemini Coven. My Netflix Obsession: Chilling Adventures of Sabrina

I am loving that Netflix has original movies and series! Right now I am all caught up in The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina and am very impatiently waiting for the release info on seasons 3 and 4! Let's talk all about why this is SUCH a binge-able flick and YOU should be just as excited to catch up! So, I went into CAOS without even knowing what I was getting myself into. I thought it was a Sabrina the Teenage witch via Melissa Joan Heart spin off/reboot/remake situation...I had NO idea Archie Comics had an entire dark world that spawned my childhood fave...because I would have been obsessed YEARS ago. They took something that was sweet, innocent and wholesome, added the actual devil and a dash of sexy and I've been horrified through every episode!
