4 Week Fitness: The Final Week!


This is it, guys! The Final week! We have 7 days, 5 workouts, and  2 rest days left until we are kicking it poolside in our well-earned bikini bodies, or celebrating ourselves in whatever way you deemed rewarding. Our previous weeks have been fun for me, mostly Fitness Marshall dance workouts that really get us moving in the most fun way, but this week we are turning it UP on our muscles.

Here's what's on the Agenda:

I don't know about everyone, but I've already been getting comments on my weight loss and I can actually see a difference which is the biggest motivator EVER to me right now. Whatever we were struggling with the last 3 weeks, do not let it take you out now! We only have 7 days left to be consistent with ourselves, to do something that matters for us, to take the steps we need to be healthier. Our health is the foundation of our lives, but we don't really appreciate it until it's gone. Don't wait until you have the shock of not being able to rely on your body before you start treating it with care and compassion! One of my favorite quotes now is "You already live inside of your dream body, you just have to treat it like it is." Self-love and appreciation is always the goal, so let's do whatever we need to do to carve out the time to focus on ourselves and our bodies this week. If you need help finding the time, finding your motivator or just want to tell me how excited you are about reaching this goal with me my DMs are always open and I make sure to quickly respond to EMAILS.

We are making the Aria our home base for the weekend's festivities because it's centrally located on the Las Vegas strip and has everything we need for a luxurious girls weekend. Beauty Moment: Belle Beauty 'Shero - Shadow Stick'

Shadow sticks are starting to become a necessity in my makeup go-bag. Most days when I'm getting ready something happens and I'm left with 1/2 the time I need to finish my makeup, or even worse I have to finish in the car when I get there! This Weekends Top Las Vegas Hotel: November 22 - 24

This week was no contest between most searched hotels with my team. I'm not sure if it's because of Thanksgiving or what, but the clear winner this weekend is The Venetian! This is a local favorite for their FREE PARKING! That means you can have your friends come to visit you in your suite and not worry about them having to pay a fee for staying for over an hour. The Venetian Luxury Resort in Las Vegas was our most booked, and honestly, I am not surprised. The property is beautiful, The Grand Canal that connects the Venetian to the Palazzo is incredible with all the food options, dessert stops and of course shopping. Not to mention the beautiful Grand Canal and Gondola ride that flows through the center. Some of my favorite eats here are LAVO for their party style brunch, Delmonico steakhouse for Dinner, and Carlo's Bakery (the Cake Boss) for dessert. It is that wonderful time again where my skin is acting all the way out of control. This time it could be my horrible quarantine diet, stress, hormones, my 2-year-old touching God knows what then rubbing my face...the list of possibilities is endless. The Crown and Sash - Quick April Photoshoot & Update

This year has been full of unexpected twists and turns. For me, it went from the excitement of watching my son turn 2 and all the development and fun that comes with it, deciding to compete in the Ms. Nevada Regency International Pageant and winning the title, and then the entire world getting rocked by the Coronavirus. While we are all staying safe by staying home, we've also found unique ways to stay connected and support each other while showing respect and love to everyone on the front lines keeping us safe, healthy and providing the services we need. I've spent this time doing a lot of learning! From pulling my guitar out for the first time in YEARS and taking advantage of the 3 Months of free classes offered by Fender , to taking classes offered through the Clark County Library District to improve on skills I need to bring my business back better than ever when we are safe. Skin Deep: Lancome Teint Idole

Know what your favorite foundation is? I thought I did...and then Influenster sent me a lovely care package that they call a VoxBox, filled with Lancome products that rocked my world. That being said...I have new favorites. I don't even know if it's fair to use the word favorite anymore now that they change with every new package I receive! I'm calling them my top 10s now, and my Lancome Teint Idole products are at the top. Concealer : The concealer I got is Teint Idole Ultra Wear Camouflage in 435 Suede (W). This concealer didn't come here to play games! I used it on my under eye area to brighten as well as cover up some redness from blemishes and acne scars. The product is powerful, so a little bit went a long way. On my under eye, I typically have issues with concealers being thick and ending up super cakey looking under my eyes, not this concealer! Encore Beach Club: 28 Days To Pool Season Finale

Pool Season 2019 has officially started, and I spent the first-day basking in the sun at Encore Beach Club. I got myself bikini ready by following my 28 Days to Pool Season Workout Program that you can follow too! Here is a bit of a rundown on Encore Beach Club and how I feel about it. Encore is a BEAUTIFUL property by itself. I love to have my friends stay here as they will NEVER be disappointed with the staff, their service, or their stay. I have not heard a single complaint ever from them on anything here. Encore Beach Club is no different. The staff is extremely friendly and professional. Security is tight to get through, they do a full bag search and metal detector scan and have a long list of items that are not allowed in...like selfie sticks...I had to toss mine out... and even though I had to throw something away I still thought the staff handled me with kindness and that is a HUGE DEAL to me.
