4 Week Fitness: The Final Week!

This is it, guys! The Final week! We have 7 days, 5 workouts, and  2 rest days left until we are kicking it poolside in our well-earned bikini bodies, or celebrating ourselves in whatever way you deemed rewarding. Our previous weeks have been fun for me, mostly Fitness Marshall dance workouts that really get us moving in the most fun way, but this week we are turning it UP on our muscles. Here's what's on the Agenda: DAY 22:  Cardio Abs DAY 23:  Upper Body Focus DAY 24: Meditation Day 25: Cardio + Lower Body DAY 26: Cardio HIIT DAY 27: CORE DAY 28: Meditation I don't know about everyone, but I've already been getting comments on my weight loss and I can actually see a difference which is the biggest motivator EVER to me right now. Whatever we were struggling with the last 3 weeks, do not let it take you out now! 4 Week Fitness: Week 3

Welcome to week 3! We are at the halfway mark and moving past it with a FORCE ! We've got this far and we owe it to ourselves to push through and finish these last 2 weeks. I am already SO PROUD OF US ! Now is the time to lock in our rewards. Whether you are coming to party with me in Vegas for the opening of Encore Beach Club or splurging at your favorite local spot for a stay-cation, do it BIG ! You have earned it . This is a mirror of week 1. I think it's important for our bodies to get at least a little comfortable with the movements we are doing so that we can get the most out of these workouts! Last year, we talked about fitness inspiration and the destructive energy I used to attach to fitspo and why I think I never really kept up with a fitness routine. 4 Week Fitness: Week 1

We deserve to feel comfortable in our own skin while we work towards getting fit. I have tried doing 7 days a week, 6 days a week and 2-a-days and it's just not something that works for me anymore! And that is so important. Find the kind of routine that works for you. My hope here is that we all get in a routine of taking care of ourselves every day. You don't have to be perfect, you just have to do your best to take care of YOU.
