Meet Frances Urtaza



Frances Urtaza is a Las Vegas-based Energist, Alternative Therapy instructor, Nurse and Health Care practitioner of over 20 years. Caring for the communities she's had the opportunity to be a part of has always been a huge driving force in her life. Frances works in the Las Vegas community both in the healthcare field and as an instructor. At times, she even travels to share her knowledge and skills with students across the Mid-west and West Coast. During this difficult time of Social Distancing, she has been using her available time and skills to hold free call-in meditations to help the community take a deep breath, get centered and cope with the stressors we are all facing while raising our vibrations and giving us the tools to keep our households strong.

That's not all! This year, she has launched the Angels And Energies shop on Etsy! She has made it a hobby to share with her local students energized crystals, candles, and handcrafted jewelry aimed to raise your vibrational energy and aid you along your journey. This year, she plans to offer these same items to everyone through her Etsy shop.

Along with her monthly meditations and energetic share teleconference calls she was doing regularly before the current lockdown, she is continuing to open up her services to the world. This new venture is sure to catch on quick as she moves to the digital space. Vegas Bound: March 2020

Spring has sprung all over our lovely valley and our favorite pools are in session. Along with double the entertainment & relaxation options with our pools open, St. Patricks day is coming in HOT! When to do Vegas: 2019 Vegas Travel Outline

There isn't really a bad time to do Vegas! We have the staples that are ALWAYS better to do in Vegas like 21st birthdays, EVERY birthday after 21, Batchelor and Bachelorette parties, Weddings, Anniversaries, Reunions and any other gathering you have going on. Streaming: Disney and Pixar's 'Onward'

Disney+ dropped some blessings for us during this quarantine and I am so grateful! Since Social Distancing made it hard for us to safely go see 'Onward' in theatres when it came out last month, Disney and Pixar gave us a quarantine present and dropped it for us to stream from home WAY earlier than expected on Disney+! A Day Outdoors: Mount Charleston

Beat The Heat Casino got you down? Take a trip to Mount Charleston, breath the fresh mountain air and super double bouns get out of the crazy valley heat. If you are staying on the strip, it's just a short 45min-hour drive. I don't recommend getting an Uber here because service is NON-EXISTANT up here, and I can't guarantee you can get back. This is definitely a "Take a Drive" kind of trip.  I love it up here because it is SO beautiful. It's like a whole different world from the desert you have to drive through to get to Vegas and our natural habitat here. And the vibes are nothing like you get in the city. You can actually breathe up here. This day it was about 25 degrees cooler than it was in the Valley.  If you come through on a day when it's rainy or just rained up in the mountains, you will see waterfalls ALL OVER the place as you drive up the mountain! Fan Girl: Vegas Golden Knights

My New Favorite Kind of Blade (Sorry Wesley) OMG It's almost Knight Time! I have never been as into a sport as I am hockey right now! The Vegas Golden Knights came along and shattered expectations and goals in their inaugural season and I feel like I can reach out and touch hockey season right now since it is so close to upon us. Encore Beach Club: 28 Days To Pool Season Finale

Pool Season 2019 has officially started, and I spent the first-day basking in the sun at Encore Beach Club. I got myself bikini ready by following my 28 Days to Pool Season Workout Program that you can follow too! Here is a bit of a rundown on Encore Beach Club and how I feel about it. Encore is a BEAUTIFUL property by itself. I love to have my friends stay here as they will NEVER be disappointed with the staff, their service, or their stay. I have not heard a single complaint ever from them on anything here. Encore Beach Club is no different. The staff is extremely friendly and professional. Security is tight to get through, they do a full bag search and metal detector scan and have a long list of items that are not allowed in...like selfie sticks...I had to toss mine out... and even though I had to throw something away I still thought the staff handled me with kindness and that is a HUGE DEAL to me.
