Disney+ Watchlist: Throw It Back to Gummi Bears!


I just hit my own personal Disney+ nostalgic gold mine with our current binge favorite, Gummi Bears! I don't have any idea how old I was when I watched this, and I didn't remember a single thing from the episodes we watched before...but I was SURE singing the theme song at the top of my lungs the second it started!


Disney has given me such a beautiful moment to share my childhood with my son! Our usual TV time consists of me putting on something child-friendly, pulling out my laptop and getting back to work while shouting out whatever prompt the characters are looking for. But right now, with Gummi Bears, I have been so wonderfully present in the moment with him that it's beautiful.

Not only that, but now that I'm doing a whole little Disney series on the Blog it's given us the opportunity to do some crafts together, learn more about colors and coloring and find out what colors are our favorites! Right now, my young King is favoring Red. We'll see how long that lasts.

It looks like different mobile carriers are offering a year of FREE Disney+ service so make sure you take advantage of that if you have that option! If not, you can still get your week-long free trial before you have to jump into a payment plan to see if this service is for you. As of right now, they have a stand-alone package for $6.99, or you can bundle with Hulu and ESPN+ for $12.99.

Skin Deep: Lancome Teint Idole

Know what your favorite foundation is? I thought I did...and then Influenster sent me a lovely care package that they call a VoxBox, filled with Lancome products that rocked my world. That being said...I have new favorites. I don't even know if it's fair to use the word favorite anymore now that they change with every new package I receive! I'm calling them my top 10s now, and my Lancome Teint Idole products are at the top. Concealer : The concealer I got is Teint Idole Ultra Wear Camouflage in 435 Suede (W). This concealer didn't come here to play games! I used it on my under eye area to brighten as well as cover up some redness from blemishes and acne scars. The product is powerful, so a little bit went a long way. On my under eye, I typically have issues with concealers being thick and ending up super cakey looking under my eyes, not this concealer! Watch Next: BLEACH Live Action on Netflix

BLEACH - Live Action Movie Let's talk Netflix! I spend so much time streaming my favorite shows and movies it is absolutely crazy. I'm sure if Netflix and Hulu and Amazon Prime (yes I have all of them) decided to tell me how many hours a month I spend using their streaming services it would be embarrassing. Why I Meditate

I love meditation. My life has totally turned around since I started taking time to be still and turn inward instead of always focusing so hard outward. There's no pressure to meditation, you can meditate for as long or as quickly as you'd like. You have no one to be accountable to, no one to impress, nothing to do but focus on yourself and take a moment for self-care. I started meditating probably about 9 years ago (don't do that math), but I didn't start doing it regularly until the last 3 years. It gives me the time to STOP reflecting on the day, stop thinking back on things I could have done differently, stop planning for the future and just be present. Nikki On Vegas: The New Launch

Welcome to the new Nikki On Vegas Blog. I've had some huge changes in my life in the past year and a half that I needed to reflect into my online presence.
